Dispute Management

iWorkGuru Dispute management system allows everyone using our services to dispute projects, contests and services/products where they are not satisfied. This can be freelancers, project originators, contest winners, contest originators, service/product buyers and service/product sellers.

The dispute process allows user to raise dispute and negotiate with the other party. Where there is no response within 7 days the dispute will be settled in favour of the originator. If dispute originator is unable to reach agreement then user has the option to escalate.

Escalated dispute will be reviewed by our staff to provide an independent decision based on the information supplied and our terms and conditions.

User will receive email communications notifying different stages of the dispute process and whenever there are updates from other party.
